The problems of the wire drawing machine, is mainly caused by the following factors:
　1during the uninterrupted production, the drawing die size becomes bigger due to the normal wear and tear.
　2. due to the annealing current production is not constant, the current becomes high suddenly, the monofilament in annealing process is broken or strong current by mutant fuse.
　3. because of the quality problems of all kinds of rod material. In the process of production, rod material appeared irregularly quality defects, which makes the filament is unpredictable in the drawing deformation of tension. This occurs less when the rod quality is good.
　Solution: choice the different modes according to the different rod quality, fumble ceaselessly in production. For example, in the production of copper rod production, it required 8 drawing die when pulling the 2.53mm monofilament, when produce the same diameter monofilament, if use a rolling rod, it need to add a bridge mode in distribution mode according to the requirements; we should do the full self-checking with the will produced copper rod before operation, and found the quality defects of the copper rod timely, to find the corresponding countermeasures according to the different situation, or reduce the drawing speed, or will this defective elimination.
　Constantly observe whether the annealing current drawing is normal during the production, especially at the beginning of started, especially attention to the changes of annealing current, we should adjust the size of the current annealing according to the change of line speed, and then the annealing current slowly becomes large with increase of speed change, to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
